How Do I Get My New Card?
How you receive your ONEcard depends on whether or not you are attending in-person undergraduate New Student Orientation (NSO), what campus you attend, if you reside in the UD residence halls, and if you are a graduate student.
Read through the information below to determine how you can obtain your card.
(Remember, you must first submit your photo and receive an approval confirmation via email.)
Students who are attending in-person NSO
If you are attending NSO in-person and have submitted your photo on time, your card will be included with your NSO Welcome Packet or available for pickup during the NSO Resource Fair.
Students who reside in the UD residence halls
If you did not submit your photo before NSO (or did not attend NSO) and you are residing in the residence halls, your card will be provided at your housing check-in.
You can also schedule an appointment over the summer to pick up your card from the ID Card Office.
Students who do not reside on main campus (Newark) or graduate students
If you do not reside on main campus or you are a graduate student, please schedule an appointment to pick up your card from the ID Card Office.
Associate in Arts Students (Georgetown, Dover, and Wilmington)
Check with your local campus admin to see if your ONEcard is available on site. If not, your card will be mailed to your campus.
